BRENTFORD WAITING FOR WEMBLEY GLORY

The Bees will be trying to lift their first League Trophy of their history against Carlisle at Wembley but today the league One had important fixtures to be played. The leaders Brighton & Hove have been stopped at Rochdale (2-2) but they still have 11 points of advantage over Huddersfield, which won in Birkenhead against Tranmere. The Seagulls are really close to celebrate the promotion in league 1. Southampton stay in third after a great win at home (3-2 against the Dons) but they are 5 points behind Hudderfsfield. The playoff zone includes Peterbourough, Dons and Bournemouth. Rochadale is now in seventh while Leyton Orient, which is chasing the sixth place, lost the east London derby at Charlton (3-1) and remain six points behind Bournemouth. Dagenham and Redbridge stop the good series of results losing at Exeter and Bristol Rovers , after the win Yeovil, is now just 1 points behind the Daggers, with Walsall. Notts County lose again and now they are in danger, just tow points clear the relegation zone.
